Human beings are superior among all the creations of the one and only true Lord because they are given knowledge and self conscious and also the means by which they can exercise their these capabilities into practice and thus can do justice with their respective capabilities. What useful is the knowledge that is not adopted into real realm of life?
For this we must know that what are the requirements of our body and how they can be best met with.
Our body that is primarily made from the mud/soil and it gets its nourishments from it as well. Thats why its better to eat natural products that grow with the power of soil rather than any chemical from external source, it maybe from the fertilizers or pesticides.
